Shipping Information

Shipping within the United States is FREE! Once an order has been placed, it ships within 48 hours. If we are filling a prescription, your order will ship within 5-7 business days. 

Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly accept the return or exchange of unused and undamaged merchandise within 21 days of the delivery date. Returns must be pre-authorized, and merchandise must be in all of its original packaging, and accompanied by a copy of the receipt. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Because they are a customized item, prescription lenses are non-refundable.

Warranties

All of the frames sold on Children's Eyeworks come with a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects.

Prescription lenses are warrantied for one year against manufacturer defects. We honor a one-time "re-do" within four months of purchase should the doctor change the prescription and new lenses are required.
